EPACK Prefab, one of India’s leading pre-engineered building (PEB) manufacturers, has achieved a significant milestone by constructing India’s fastest-built structure in a record time of just 150 hours. This project, completed in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh, is a testament to EPACK Prefab's commitment towards innovative and fast-paced construction.
The building, covering a total area of 151,000 square feet, was fully constructed using advanced prefabrication and PEB technology. EPACK Prefab meticulously planned each phase of construction to achieve rapid progress. The primary structure was completed by the 48th hour, followed by roofing by the 90th hour, and cladding by the 120th hour, culminating in a fully functional building within the set timeline.
The completion of this building underscores the immense potential of prefabricated construction technology in meeting India’s infrastructure and industrial demands with speed and sustainability. This achievement sets a remarkable world record, proudly recognised by the Golden Book of World Records.
Mr. Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director of EPACK Prefab, commented on the milestone achievement, stating, “It is a great privilege for us at EPACK Prefab to have constructed India’s fastest-built structure using PEB technology. Our aim with this project was not only to demonstrate the capabilities of PEB for rapid construction but also to promote a sustainable approach that meets modern industrial requirements. PEB is truly the future of construction, and we look forward to setting further benchmarks in the industry as PEB solutions gain greater acceptance.”
Mr. Nikhel Bothra, Executive Director of EPACK Prefab, shared his thoughts on the landmark achievement, stating, “At EPACK Prefab, innovation and efficiency are at the core of everything we do. Constructing India’s fastest-built structure using PEB technology reflects our commitment to redefining construction practices while maintaining sustainability as a key priority. We are excited to continue driving progress and delivering future-ready infrastructure solutions for our clients.”
Mr Manish Vishnoei, Asia Head, Golden Book of Records, shared his thoughts while felicitating the epack team, “EPACK Prefab has achieved a remarkable milestone by constructing India’s fastest factory spanning 1,51,000 sq. ft. in a record time of just 150 hours.
