Remya is an industry veteran with deep expertise in the entire spectrum of HR transactional processes, talent management, the planning process, functional management, and organisation design. 

Remya joins Embassy Services with over 16 years of experience in end-to-end Human Resource Management, building on employee/employer brand value, statutory compliance, talent development, grievance handling, business change management, implementation and execution of the PoSH Act, performance management, and HR operational policies across retail, media, banking and service industries. 

Remya, who holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IIM Lucknow, is known for her perspectives on strategic planning, stakeholder management, and Emotional Intelligence.
